Kimberley Rikard-Bell

Kimberley grew up on a farm in Milvale (near Young) NSW surrounded by animals. She has stayed surrounded by animals ever since. She graduated from Vet Science with 1^st class honours at Sydney University. In her final year of vet school she adopted a mixed breed dog called Woody (pictured) in the “Last Chance Club” at RSPCA Yagoona, who was a loyal friend for over 10 years.

Kimberley and her wine maker husband William have since added to their family with their eldest daughter Adelaide, and youngest Olivia.

Kimberley has worked in mixed practice on the Mid-North Coast and Hunter regions of NSW and more recently (since 2011) in small animal practice in Orange.

Kimberley has completed a distance education course in Medical Oncology for pets and is our lead veterinarian in cancer patients. She also enjoys small animal medicine and surgery cases.

Her hobbies include running, drinking (and now making) good wine, and netball.
